AutoCosmetics strives for complete customer satisfaction, if you are unsatisfied with our products you may return the item within 30 days if unused and in resalable condition (14 days if used) of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.
After 30 days, there is a 20% restocking fee. We must request that merchandise be RETURNED PREPAID and in RESALABLE CONDITION, for a merchandise credit to be issued, less the original shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the purchase date.

Why do the headlight lenses oxidize?
Most headlight lenses are plastic. The combination of daily exposure to vehicle exhaust and road debris results in pitting of the plastic as well as an actual chemical alteration of the plastic lens. Plastic clouding occurs much the same way that metal rusts. The oxidation process can be reversed by Briteeyes ™ chemical formula.
Why can´t I just use Windex ® or some other cleaner?
Cleaners cannot reverse the chemical process that occurs in the plastic headlight lens. Some cleaners contain ammonia or solvents, which may advance the deterioration and yellowing/clouding process of plastic lenses.
Does it need to be repaired from the inside of the lens?
Maybe. While moisture may be trapped inside the headlight unit, actual damage to the plastic occurs on the outside. Extreme weather conditions, rock chips and other road debris, contamination from car wash and detailing products all cause damage to the exterior of the lens. The unique Briteeyes ™ formulation will clean, restore, and protect the lenses.
Can I apply Briteeyes ™ to my taillights?
Yes. While damage to your taillights may not be as obvious as the damage to you headlight lenses, Briteeyes ™ will clean and restore your taillights.
How long will my headlights stay clear?
On average your headlights will remain clear for 6-12 months. Results vary due to regional climates as well as driving conditions. A simple reapplication of Briteeyes ™ will prevent damage that occurs daily because of weather and driving conditions. Inspect your headlights regularly and apply Briteeyes ™ at the first sign of clouding.
Will this product work on all headlights lenses?
Some lenses are so damaged that they will need to be professionally serviced or replaced, although Briteeyes™ will significantly improve lenses.
TS-1 FAQ's:
How do I apply TS-1?
Simply wipe down surfaces to be treated with TS-1. Follow application with a damp (with water, not soaking) cloth to cure product.
If I purchase the bottle do I need to use a special applicator to apply TS-1?
You can apply TS-1 using an old terry cloth towel or disposable shop towel. Start with a quarter size amount in the center of towel adding additional product as needed.
How often should I reapply TS-1?
To maintain the restored condition and protection of your treated plastics, reapplication is suggested 2-3 times a year.
